Teen Action Council

Teen Crafts

Teen Crafts is back! Join us on Thursday, Sept. 4 at 4:30 PM in the Community Room for a cozy afternoon of creativity. Teens ages 12–18 will learn how to make adorable needle felted tiny toadstools—no experience needed, just bring your imagination!

Teen Dungeons & Dragons

Gather your party for Teen Dungeons & Dragons! Heroes ages 12–18, join the quest on Fridays, Sept. 5 & 19, from 3:30–5:30 PM in the Community Room. Whether you’re a seasoned warrior or just stepping into the realm, you’ll build a character, shape your story, and let the dice decide your destiny. Bring your own 5th edition character or choose a ready-made adventurer—no experience needed, just imagination. The adventure awaits!

Chess and Game Club

Game on, Mondays! Tweens & teens (ages 9–18), come master your moves every Monday from 4:30–5:30 PM in the Community Room (except Labor Day, Sept. 1). Join Nick Allison—our guru of games and strategy—for chess, board games, and all-out fun. No experience needed, supplies provided. Let the games begin!

Teens ages 12–18, step into the minds of villains and anti-heroes at our creative writing workshop on Wednesday, Sept. 10 from 4:00 to 5:30 PM in the Community Room! No experience needed—just imagination and a little love for the dark side. You’ll build your own complex character, write dramatic scenes from their point of view, and explore what makes a “bad guy” so good.

Drawing & Animation Art Club

Ever wondered how to make your character designs more unique and interesting? Join us Thursday, Sept. 11 from 4:30–5:30 PM in the Community Room as the Drawing & Animation Art Club explores how size and proportion bring personality to your creations. Open to ages 12–18.
