The meeting was called to order at 1:05 pm by Blaine Robertson. Present were Blaine Robertson, Gordon Timothy, Jeniel Facer, and Judy Dewey, secretary.

Landscape Bid

The board reviewed the revised landscape bid and a discussion was held. Gordon then made the motion to accept the revised bid, Jeniel seconded the motion, and all voted in favor.

Gordon moved to adjourn the meeting at 1:24 pm.
