TRUSTEE BOARD MEETING

Memorandum

June 15, 2004

Due to lack of a quorum, no meeting was held. Blaine Robertson and Roger Jackson, being the only two members present, signed the checks paying the bills.

Tasks assigned:

1.       Judy is to contact Jan Wall, the northern field representative of the Idaho State Library, and check on the legality of holding a supplemental budget hearing at the same time as the regular budget hearing.

Answer: I’ve talked to Frank Nelson, our ISL field rep, and have reviewed the code section myself. There is nothing to prevent our having the “budget adjustment” hearing at the same time we have the regular budget hearing. Notice does need to be published, but we can include all the information in one notice.

2.       Roger is to add some notes to the spreadsheet regarding employee’s vacations and send an email to Judy.
