TRUSTEES BOARD MEETING - MINUTES

June 6, 2000

            Special meeting called to order by Rosemary Morrell at 5:10 p.m.

            Board members present were Rosemary Morrell, Nyna Moss, Blaine Robertson, Roger Jackson. Brent Eames came later.

            Approved hiring Amber Wilson as the summer helper with plans for her to take Jessica Wilson’s place as page in the fall.

            The Internet policy was passed. Blaine will bring a finished copy for the public to read and sign.

            The regular board meeting will be held on June 20^th at 5:00.

            Sharon will find whether the window coverings were part of Johnny Watson’s bid.

            Interviewed Jan McCullough and Colleen Brewerton for the Library Director position.

            Meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
