Used Book Sale
The used book sale at the Fair was a huge success. Thanks to all who worked so hard to make it happen. Watch for more news about the Foundation Used Book Store in the new library! There is an informal sale at the library next to the wishing well in the hall. Donations of money and books are welcome anytime.

Mission and Purpose
The mission and purpose of the Madison Library Foundation, Inc., shall be to encourage and involve the community, volunteers, and public support in order to increase awareness of the Madison Library District needs and to enlist assistance and raise funds to address those needs.
The Madison Library Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Donations qualify for charitable deductions for tax benefits. In addition to the charitable deduction, a 50% tax credit per year up to $200 joint ($100 per individual) and up to $1,000 for corporations is allowed to Idaho library districts. Please consult your tax advisor for complete details.
The Foundation sponsors two used books sales during the year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Please watch the library's website for dates and times.
